Retail & Styling Assistant (Full Time / Part Time) 

Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for retail and customer service? We're looking for dynamic individuals like you to join our retail team as Retail & Styling Assistant. Whether you're seeking a part-time or full-time role, this is an opportunity to be a part of our brand and make a difference in the lives of our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming customer experience by maintaining a tidy and inviting store environment, offering personalized advice on fit and product selections.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including new launches and promotions, to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by assisting with cashiering duties, processing payments, and packing purchases.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to showcase our brand and products effectively.
  • Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, while supporting stocktake exercises.
  • Collaborate with HQ to provide updates and support store sales performance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Must be 19 years old or above.
  • Passionate about our brand and products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine approach to customer interactions.
  • Team player mindset, willing to contribute to a supportive and respectful team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Dependable and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
