If you wished to return an item, please reach out to us via email at customercare@thehonorclothing.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email containing detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending your order back to us.

Conditions of Return

Please ensure that your return meets the following conditions:

  • Returned within 21 days from the purchase date.
  • Maintained in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unused, and unwashed.
  • Returned with all original tags attached. 
  • Delivered back to us within 30 days from the order delivery date.

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for covering any shipping and handling charges associated with returning unwanted items. We do not offer prepaid return labels, so you will need to arrange this with your local courier. We advise using registered or traceable postal services for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for missing deliveries. Please note that original shipping charges, as well as any taxes or duties paid, are non-refundable.

Faulty Items 

Received a faulty product? Don't worry we'll get it sorted! Please drop us an email at customercare@thehonorclothing.com within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following info:

1. Order Details : First/last name, order confirmation number, product name,colour & size.
2. Provide a clear photo or video displaying the fault along with a brief description.
3. Our team will get back to you within 2-4 business days to assist with the return of the garment.
4. If it's deemed faulty, we'll offer a replacement for the same item. If item(s) are not available, we'll offer a store credit note, or a full refund.

*Please note that items damaged due to incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.*

Exchange of Items

Unfortunately we don't offer any exchanges of items at the moment. However, if you wished to make an exchange of size or colour, you will need to proceed on making a return of item and re-purchased your desired item. To proceed with a return, please email us at customercare@thehonorclothing.com.
